Participating schools acknowledge and agree to these AEAS Event Terms & Conditions at the time of event registration.

A. AEAS is conducting Event(s) to promote Australian school education to international students, parents and education agents.

B. The Participant wishes to register and participate in the Event(s).

C. These Terms and Conditions of Participation are to be read in conjunction with the Event Program and Application Form. In the event of any inconsistency, the Event Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

D. Upon submission of the Application Form an agreement is entered into between AEAS and the Participant.

NOTE: As part of the AEAS Event Terms & Conditions, participating schools are required to refer all students met throughout the course of AEAS events for AEAS testing.

AEAS will prioritise acceptance of a school's registration in accordance with clause 2 of the Event Terms and Conditions 2026
