Interpreter requirements for exhibitions

It is essential to have a Chinese speaking assistant at your school's booth for Mainland China events.
If you don't have a Chinese-speaking school staff member attending, AEAS strongly recommends you request an AEAS supplied interpreter. Schools are not permitted to use an education agency representative for this purpose.

AEAS can arrange interpreters to assist on school booths at Australian Schools Exhibitions.

Schools will be charged approximately $200 AUD per event for an AEAS supplied interpreter.

AEAS can arrange for your school banner artwork to be printed for AUD$120 per banner.

Photos and videos for promotional purposes
AEAS requires participating schools to supply us with photos, logos, marketing materials and other documents for promotion of the events.
In the email that alerted you to this form, you will have received a link to a shared folder into which you can quickly and easily upload your marketing materials.

Please provide high resolution images. File size should be 2MB - 5MB.

Photos should be high quality marketing photos showing local and international students and/or school facilities. These will be used on the exhibition website, in promotional materials, on social media and other marketing collateral.

Please consider carefully the photos selected for their suitability.
Photo and video consent for event promotion
Submission of participating school photos is necessary to ensure the marketing of our events overseas, visually portrays the value of studying in Australia and Australian schools in an interesting and enticing way.
