The Beijing (10.00am - 3.00pm), Shanghai (10.00am - 4.00pm) and Guangzhou (12.00pm - 5.00pm) exhibitions are open across lunchtime. 

School participants can elect to have a lunch box delivered to them at their booth.

The cost of your lunch order will be charged to your room account before you check out.

Participants not staying in the event hotel(s) will be charged on the day.

The JW Marriott Hotel, Beijing is approximately 35 minutes from Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) depending on traffic. The trip to the airport can take up to 60 minutes at peak times. Security and customs checks at Chinese airports may also take time.

AEAS will arrange a mini bus from the JW Marriott Hotel which will leave the hotel at approximately 3.30pm on Saturday 8 March 2025. 

The cost of the bus will be determined based on the number of people selecting to travel by bus, and the charge will be added to your room account prior to checking out on the morning of 8 March.

The mini bus cost is anticipated to be approximately RMB100 (about $20 each). 

If you are not staying at the JW Marriott, you can still join the bus providing you have your luggage with you. The payment process for people not staying at the hotel will be advised.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to cancel your bus travel after this has been confirmed with AEAS, you may do so, however, to avoid the payment being charged to your room account, the bus cancellation must be received no later than Friday 28 February 2025. After this date, you will be liable for the bus payment regardless of your method of travel to the airport and it will be charged to your room account on Friday 7 March 2025.

Our AEAS Course Partner in Shanghai, Diamond Quality Education (DQE), invites school participants to join them at dinner in Shanghai on Tuesday 11 March 2025.

Venue and exact timings are yet to be confirmed.

Please indicate if you wish to attend the dinner, and list the names of all participants.

Group travel will be organised for those participants wishing to travel together from Guangzhou to Hong Kong by car.  It is recommended that participants travel from Guangzhou to Hong Kong on Saturday 15 March 2025 immediately following the event.

AEAS will coordinate travel arrangements for those participants opting to travel by car as follows:

• • 3-4 people will be allocated by AEAS into each car, with the total cost of the car being distributed across passengers.
• • If you wish to travel alone or with only two or three people in a car, please make your own travel arrangements.
• • Please complete the Form and indicate ‘own arrangements’ if you are making your own car arrangements so we can coordinate with the hotel.
• • The car will travel directly from the Guangzhou Sheraton Hotel to the Cordis Hotel Hong Kong.
• • Travel by car takes approximately 2.5-3hrs door to door depending on traffic.
• • The estimated cost of a private car that seats four people with luggage is approximately RMB800-1000 each (approximately RMB3500 one way, one car).

The cost of the car will be confirmed at a later date once numbers for each type of transport have been finalised and will be billed to your guest room account prior to check out in Guangzhou.

AEAS, along with our co-organising partners aec Education Consultancy, HKOSC and Aston Education invite school participants at the Hong Kong Exhibition to join us for a casual dinner following the exhibition on Sunday 16 March 2025.

The set-menu dinner will be held at a local Cantonese restaurant.
