Before moving to AEAS in a full-time capacity, Tracey had an extensive career working for the Victorian government in health and human services policy and practice positions and in providing consulting and advisory services for the Australian and state governments and community service organisations during five years as an Associate Director at KPMG.
Tracey became Managing Director at AEAS in 2009, and over the past 15 years, has focused on business development and growth.
Her experience in and knowledge of Australia’s international school sector is unrivalled, which is a key reason so many schools trust AEAS to support their international student programs and strategy.

Brett McGeorge

Brett joined the AEAS leadership team in early 2020, following stints leading the marketing teams at St Leonard’s College in Brighton, and Trinity Grammar School in Kew. He holds a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Linguistics, and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing from Monash University.
His expertise lies in developing innovative and highly effective marketing campaigns, achieving excellent results from a minimum of resources. Having worked in education-related marketing for over 10 years, he has a passion for helping schools to find their voice and position themselves in their local and international communities.
Brett has lived and worked throughout Australia, Germany and the UK, and has executed marketing campaigns for schools and AEAS across all of the key recruitment markets for Australian schools. This has given him a strong understanding of the differences and nuances in each market, as well as developing tools and relationships to effectively and successfully market in these locations.
Brett was instrumental in supporting AEAS’ sector leadership and advocacy in relation to COVID-19 responses, and has significantly improved and strengthened AEAS marketing across all elements of the business.
