Why should my agency participate?

Thai families are re‑evaluating where to send their children for study abroad after a year of fast‑moving policy shifts overseas. The UK’s introduction of 20 % VAT on private‑school fees, Canada’s two‑year cap on study permits, tighter US visa scrutiny and New Zealand’s change of entry requirements have all tilted attention back to Australia’s highly-respected schools sector.

For many parents already paying Thai international‑school fees that exceed those of leading Australian day and boarding schools, Australia now looks both better value and less risky.

What you’ll gain from the Agent Workshop in Bangkok

  • Direct access to decision‑makers – meet senior Australian school representatives from high‑performing independent day and boarding schools

  • Up‑to‑the‑minute entry guidance – understand the new Ministerial Direction 111 processing priorities, recent visa‑fee changes and how to streamline applications for Semester 1 / Term  1  2026 and beyond.
  • Pathway intelligence – learn how studying in Australian school strengthens admission chances to Group of Eight universities and sought‑after‑overseas degrees.

  • Marketing insights – take away country‑specific data and talking points to reassure parents comparing Australia with “Big 4” competitors.
