Interpreter requirements
AEAS recommends each school has an interpreter at their booth for the exhibitions in Seoul and Taipei.

For Seoul and Taipei Exhibitions, there are two options:
1. Arrange your own interpreter in each city. Interpreters could be from an AEAS Official Partner agency, an alumni, or other suitable person.
2. Request an AEAS provided interpreter in Seoul and/or Taipei.
If schools wish to have a different education agency supporting them at their booth, please contact AEAS to discuss.

For the Hong Kong Exhibition, there are two options:
1. Arrange your own interpreter. Interpreters could be an alumni, or other suitable person - but not another education agent.
2. Request an AEAS provided interpreter in Hong Kong.
NOTE: Other agents are not permitted to assist at the Hong Kong exhibition.

Schools will be invoiced prior to the events for interpreters as follows:
- Seoul - AUD $280
- Taipei - AUD $220
- Hong Kong - AUD $200 aec Education Consultancy will also be responsible for following up families who visit your school's booth.

AEAS can arrange for your school banner artwork to be printed for AUD$150 per banner.

You will receive a separate email from AEAS which includes artwork size specifications, confirmed pricing and an upload link for your print-ready artwork.

Photos and videos for promotional purposes
AEAS requires participating schools to supply us with photos, logos, marketing materials and other documents for promotion of the events.
Following receipt of this form, AEAS will send you a link to a shared folder into which you can quickly and easily upload your marketing materials.

Please provide high resolution images. File size should be 2MB - 5MB.

Photos should be high quality marketing photos showing local and international students and/or school facilities. These will be used on the exhibition website, in promotional materials, on social media and other marketing collateral.

Please consider carefully the photos selected for their suitability.

Videos must be provided as MP4 files and uploaded to the ‘Video’ folder in the shared file link Ideally they should be 0:30s to 1:00m in length so they can be used effectively in our social media campaign.
Photo and video consent for event promotion
Submission of participating school photos is necessary to ensure the marketing of our events overseas, visually portrays the value of studying in Australia and Australian schools in an interesting and enticing way.
