Terms and Conditions of Participation
Participating schools acknowledge and agree to these AEAS Event Terms & Conditions at the time of event registration.

A. AEAS is conducting Event(s) to promote Australian school education to international students, parents and education agents.

B. The Participant wishes to register and participate in the Event(s).

C. These Terms and Conditions of Participation are to be read in conjunction with the Event Program and Application Form. In the event of any inconsistency, the Event Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

D. Upon submission of the Application Form an agreement is entered into between AEAS and the Participant.

PLEASE NOTE: As part of the AEAS Event Terms & Conditions, participating schools are asked to refer students and agents attending AEAS events for AEAS testing.

Option 1 - Annual Premium Listing

- Establishment, set up and support cost: $1375 (one off cost inc. GST) **WAIVED FOR 2025 EVENT PARTICIPANTS**
- Annual subscription fee: $2640 inc. GST
Option 2 - Annual Summary Listing
- Profile only (static one page)
- Annual subscription fee: $1100 inc. GST **SPECIAL PRICE FOR 2025 EVENT PARTICIPANTS**
- Subscription expires 31/12/2025
NOTE: Schools must include their preferred ASIS listing type as part of an event registration to qualify for the special pricing offers.
