Your Marketing Collateral at AEAS Events
AEAS encourages schools to have a mix of online and offline marketing materials available for families and education agents at the events.

Based on school feedback, AEAS will no longer provide participating schools with a Popl device as a default.

Instead, schools should consider how they wish to present their marketing materials at their booth. We recommend:
- bringing as many printed materials as you can in checked or carry-on luggage
- having a QR code or NFC device (own Popl or similar) available at your table which links through to a repository of information, videos and other documents
Schools still wishing to have an AEAS issued Popl must request this via email to Jenni Tobin. We are able to accept a maximum of six pieces of collateral in total for uploading onto the Popl device.

NOTE: AEAS is NOT able to provide assistance with shipping of printed materials to event hotels.

Schools wishing to ship materials should contact either the concierge at the relevant event hotel directly, or make arrangements with a local agent to accept delivery on their behalf.

Couriering materials to Vietnam can be very problematic with materials frequently being held by customs for extended periods. In particular, schools should only ship paper-based materials to Vietnam, as other items will attract the attention of customs.

Schools now supply AEAS with photos, logos, marketing materials and other documents via a personalised Sharepoint link.

Photos should be high quality marketing photos showing local and international students and/or school facilities. These will be used on the exhibition website, in promotional materials, on social media and other marketing collateral.

Submission of participating school photos is necessary to ensure the marketing of our events overseas, visually portrays the value of studying in Australia and Australian schools in an interesting and enticing way.

Apart from the marketing of current events, AEAS would like the opportunity to use your photos in ongoing marketing promoting Australia as a study destination for international school students, which could include, but is not limited to, AEAS websites, social media (ie. Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Tiktok, LinkedIn), and other AEAS publications.
