The Beijing Exhibition is open across lunchtime (10.00am - 3.00pm) and school participants can elect to have a lunch box delivered to them at their booth.
In 2026, to streamline the ordering and payment processes, the cost of your lunch order(s) will be invoiced to you by AEAS along with all incidental expenses (banners, interpreters etc.).
Lunchbox prices are quoted in Chinese Renminbi (CNY) and
schools will be invoiced in AUD using the mid-market exchange rate of the day.
Incidental invoices must be paid to AEAS before the first event in school's registration.

BEIJING EXPO: MINIBUS TRANSFER TO BEIJING CAPITAL AIRPORT (PEK)
The JW Marriott Hotel, Beijing is approximately 35 minutes from Beijing Capital Airport (PEK) depending on traffic. The trip to the airport can take up to 60 minutes at peak times. Security and customs checks at Chinese airports may also take time. AEAS will arrange a mini bus from the JW Marriott Hotel which will leave the hotel at approximately 3.30pm on Saturday 7 March 2026. The cost of the bus is
150RMB per person
, which will be invoiced to your school by AEAS along with all other incidentals (banners, interpreters, lunchboxes etc.)
Schools will be invoiced in AUD using the mid-market exchange rate of the day.
Incidental invoices must be paid to AEAS before the first event in school's registration. If you are not staying at the JW Marriott, you can still join the bus providing you have your luggage with you.
IMPORTANT:
If you wish to cancel your bus travel after this has been confirmed with AEAS, you may do so, however, to avoid penalty
the bus cancellation must be received no later than Friday 13 February 2026.
After this date, you will be liable for the bus payment irrespective of your mode of travel to the airport.

TRANSPORT FROM GUANGZHOU TO HONG KONG
Group travel will be organised for those participants wishing to travel together from Guangzhou to Hong Kong by car. It is recommended that participants travel from Guangzhou to Hong Kong on Saturday 14 March 2026 immediately following the event. AEAS will coordinate travel arrangements for those participants opting to travel by car as follows:
• 3-4 people will be allocated by AEAS into each car.
• If you wish to guarantee travel alone or with your own group in a car, please make your own travel arrangements.
• Please complete the Form and indicate ‘own arrangements’ if you are making your own car arrangements so we can coordinate with the hotel.
• The car will travel directly from the Guangzhou Sheraton Hotel to the Cordis Hotel Hong Kong.
• Travel by car takes approximately 2.5-3hrs door to door depending on traffic.
The cost of AEAS-arranged transportation is
1300 RMB per person.
In 2026, to streamline organisation of cars from Guangzhou to Hong Kong, the cost of your car transportation will be invoiced to you by AEAS in a single invoice for incidental expenses (banners, interpreters, lunchboxes etc.).
Schools will be invoiced for car transportation in AUD using the mid-market exchange rate of the day.
Incidental invoices must be paid to AEAS before the first event in school's registration.
