Who should participate: Australian Schools and HSP ELICOS providers.  Schools and institutions must be CRICOS registered.

How to apply:

Registration for the March 2019 events will open in mid August 2018.

Apply to participate in this event using the register button below.   Refer to the Terms and Conditions of Participation prior to registering.

Acceptance of your application is not confirmed until you have received formal notification from AEAS and payment has been made An invoice will be sent upon confirmation of your participation.

Registration deadline: Deadline Friday 28 September 2018
Available places at each event: The number of schools participating will be limited to:

  • Harbin – 20 (CLOSED)
  • Beijing – 38 (Fully subscribed)
  • Shanghai – 40  (Fully subscribed)
  • Guangzhou – 34 (Fully subscribed)
  • Hong Kong –  32 (Fully subscribed)
Preference will be given to schools that:
  • require an AEAS report in support of a student’s application
  • participated in two or more events in 2017 and/or 2018.

There will be a limit on the number of ELICOS colleges able to participate from each State. Preference will be given to ELICOS colleges that participated in 2018 events and/or that act as AEAS Test Centres in Australia.
