The objective of the fee increase is to maximise the marketing budgets for each event. The fees are subject to review based on the fluctuations in the AUD.

 

Who should participate: Australian Schools and HSP ELICOS providers.  Schools and institutions must be CRICOS registered.

How to apply: Apply to participate in this event using the register button below.Acceptance of your application is not confirmed until you have received formal notification from AEAS and payment has been made.
Application deadline:  Registration extended to 15 June 2017
Available places at each event: The number of schools participating in the following events will be limited as follows:

  • Hanoi – Agent Workshop – 15-20
  • Hanoi – Exhibition – Unlimited
  • HCMC – Exhibition – Unlimited
  • HCMC – Agent Workshop – 15-20
  • Bangkok – Agent Workshop – 15
  • Bangkok – Exhibition – 20

A minimum of 12 schools is required for the Exhibitions to go ahead.

Note: The cost of events was amended in February 2015 to maximize the marketing budgets available for the exhibitions given the current AUD.
